2nd and a 6th, according to the Washington Post.

Wonder if that's an offer they gave us?

Is it the one where you cripple the current momentum this franchise has with old players and bloated contracts? :D

Another thing for Favre to complain about.

No this was the one were we trade for Tylor to bolster an already good D, and keep our runner up MVP for a much better shot at the super bowl. Since our corners have really 1-3 years left of top quality we take the shot now.

We are the youngest team in the league with Favre. A couple of vets to tie it all together would be the ticket, IMO.

OK, I wouldn't have minded Taylor either. I thought this was some more elaborate plan. However, I don't think Taylor would help us win it all but it would be worth a try. I also had worries about his commitment.

That is how I kinda felt as well, but my thought was that the right vet focus, and leaders, that we could achieve this.

I also felt that if Brett was going to be back, that Tylor would be a welcome distraction, and show a commitment to going for it now to not only the players but to the fans.
