I'm neutral about the extension. Hopefully it isn't for too much money. We can do better than Poppinga. Hell, there's a good chance he isn't even a starter this year.

Poppinga is "Packer People" - that's why he got the extension.

JS reporting that it is a 5 yr $17 mil deal (w/4.5 mil sign bonus).
I like Poppinga and this is good for depth and special teams.
