Definitely intentional, he moved toward the runner, not away, and he threw a shoulder. If he's not reprimanded for that it is a joke.

He wasnt reprimanded they said he was protecting himself when the qb came towards him.

Garcia has been known to be sort of a prick both on and off the field so maybe he popped off to an official at some point, but come on. What the official did was just nuts and he should be fined and suspended.

It didn't look like anything at full speed the first time I watched it (actually during the game), but when they slowed it down, it seemed like he inteded to hit the player.
