The Tundra Tailgate Zone

Post#1 » by CorporateBucks » Tue Nov 18, 2008 7:29 pm

I wanted to get some feedback from anyone who has watched a game at the Tundra Zone, I plan on going during the game against Carolina. Hopefully somebody here has been and can give opinions.

I checked it out during training camp. It wasn't very busy, but it was pretty cool. Some of my buddies watched a game there earlier in the season and had a good time. When I was there for camp they had $3-4 brats and $3 cans of miller lite so it's not too costly. I'm sure it would be a riot on game day.

It's a good alternative if you can't or don't want to do your own tailgate.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Is there a certain time before the game you have to be in there by? We want to tailgate with friends that have tickets, then just watch the game in the Tundra Zone. I know aaprigs you mentioned you were there in training camp, is there ample room to see the game? We won't be squeezed in a corner forced to watch it on a tv across the room I hope.

Not bad. Nothing beats a good tailgate, but for a major sporting event, it isn't really over priced compared to some.

Me personally, you can get into some of the local bars, or even Krolls and get much better food and still watch the game on TV.

It's pretty big. If you want to get a table for sure I'd maybe get there a little early. I wouldn't stress out about it though, there's ample space.
