I personally don't care. The draft pick from NY was the extent I gave a rip about anything Favre related any more. If he goes to Minnesota maybe I'll feel a little different.

Seems petty of Brett, but the more i hear from guys like LeRoy Butler who said that Brett never shows up for reunions they have nor calling him back either makes me think Favre has just become one of those recluse personalities. From listening to interviews of his former teammates of those 1990's teams that all stay in contact with each other, Brett is one of the few that doesn't.

There's more to life than football, even for Brett Favre. I don't know why people hate on the guy for choosing family over a game. Get off his ass. The man has his priorities straight.

Why would it be petty? Is every NFL player buddies with all of his teammates? No. Yes they played the same position but they were never close. I'm sure there are teammates he's stayed in touch with and others he has not. Just like every player in every sport who changes teams.

Big deal about nothing.

I'm not on his ass and don't really care how he chooses to spend his free time. I just think it's a bit abnormal that he won't that he won't even return phone calls of his former teammates from those great Packer teams he was a part of, but he obviously has the right to do whatever the hell he pleases and unlike many Packers fans out there, i hold no ill will towards Brett.

Does he finally? Because everyone knows how much his wife and family meant to him in the 90's.

The guy is a classic narcissist. After he retired last year. Favre asked Rodgers to come out and say Favre should be the starter and to wait one more year so He(Favre) can get one last year with the Packers. And the fact Rodgers didn't do as Lord Favre requested, Favre now holds a grudge.

Nothing the guy does surprises me anymore.

I agree that it's not a big deal. But Rodgers sure thought they were close.

I think it would be awkward if favre and rodgers talked. It would be like a guy hearing sex tips from his girlfriend's ex husbaund

I think you put just a little bit too much thought into this whole situation.
