Just a point of discussion. I am very optimistic about this team, however, not too many teams I see us getting the pundits to put us above.

A few teams we are above IMO:
Miami: Not a bad team, but luck and schedule got them to 11-5.
Dallas: That NFC East blogger is the biggest Dallas homer ever. I'm assuming his vote of 1st skewed the rankings. Yeah, TO was a cancer, but that offense just isn't as dynamic without him.
Chicago: I could be totally wrong. Maybe Cutler is the difference. They were nearly on par with us without Cutler, however, although I think it could be huge long term. But Rodgers >> Cutler. Check the ratings if you want to complain.

I also think Arizona may flame out a bit as well. The only thing they have going for them is a horrendous division to beat up on.

Whatever. I'd rather fly below the radar anyhow.

Yeah I think that's a joke. Our defense was banged up last year and offense was one of the top in the league...now we get most of the D back healthy (hopefully) and added guys like matthews and raji that are immediate upgrades...I don't see any reason outside of injury that we won't be a better team than 2 years ago...Same team but better in every position, really. go pack

Any power rankings that is made in May is going to be inaccurate. The NFL is highly unpredictable and anything could happen. Two years ago, very few predicted that the Packers would go 13-3 and make it to the NFC Tittle game. One year ago, not many predicted that the Packers would play as poorly as they did. Power rankings really arent accurate until about week three or four, if even by then. The NFL is just too unpredictable. Even if the Packers were ranked in the top ten, I still wouldn't put much value into them.
