I just don't feel good about this one, but I'm praying I'm wrong.

Limiting Peterson somewhat (I'd say 4.5 yards per carry or less would be sufficient) and protecting Rodgers are the two keys to the game. Can we do either? Ummm....

I'll say 31-20 Vikings.

Peterson ran for 190+ last time in the Dump Dome. And that was with Gus Ferrotte at QB. I'd love to see a win but I'd be surprised if we do. I've been avoiding all the hype the past week. I'll tune in right before kickoff.

I've been the same way. I'm pumped for the game but haven't read one thing about this game at all, and have changed the channel when they have been talking about it.

Yeah, luckily I have a midterm project to work on today, otherwise I'd probably be going crazy waiting for 7:30. I too have a bad feeling about this one, I just hope Brent isn't the one who beats us, though it won't matter because he'll get the credit no matter what if they win. Maybe the pre-season Packers finally show and we can keep the sociopath and his groupies quiet for a couple of weeks.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Packers fans committing mass suicide if they lose tonight. Sure, I want them to win this game more than any regular season game I can remember for quite awhile, but it's still just one game.

I'm sad to make this prediction...

Vikings - 35
Packers - 17

Adrian Peterson goes off in the second half. :(

I have no expectations for this game, and like others, have been avoiding hearing about it most of the week.

Its the NFL. Anything can happen.

I think both QB's struggle tonight but AD rips off 180.

Queens - 27
Pack - 21

Favre throws three picks and AROD throws one. I have a feeling this is going to end up an ugly game like the Bears game.

All the pressure is on Minny. And Brent has been horrible in big pressure games the past few years.

For those who aren't listening to coverage, consider yourselves lucky. Mike Hill is hosting on ESPNEWS right now and asked Qadry Ismail if he was Donald Driver, after playing with him for so long, would you want Brent to have a good game even though he's going against you.

I mean, really? Really?

I simply don't think Minny is that good, unfortuanetly the places they are good...AP who is great and d-bag Allen who is very good....are up against current Packer weaknesses. I do think the Packer defense is capable of getting fired-up, and being very aggressive the way they were when they shut Forte down, that group will show up. I will tell you 1 player who has A LOT to prove and should be very much on the hot seat......Mason Crosby, time for that donkey to prove himself in the clutch.

Yeah for all the Favre/Rodgers talk I think it all comes down to:

AP>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Grant

The thing that scares me the most is that AP said he's motivated to win for Favre. I'v seen what happens when AP plays angry...

I'm finding it to be absolutely impossible to concentrate at work today.
