I should be at this one but a **** of work has made me give my tix away.

So let's talk here.

Nice stop after some poor tackling to start the drive on defense.

I'm a huge fan of Phillips but I'm not sure it was time to use him today. The offense was doing very well in the ball control format with Tolzien.

And if you use him. Call 1 of 3 plays at least not being a zone lead.

Trade Kampmann for a pick.

Either use that pick if it is high enough or use it in a trade to get OB Scofield. He and Matthews on the outside of this 3-4 would be beastly.

No one would notice if we gave Brad Jones' uniform to Schofield tomorrow for our game.

Gotta love Griese STILL harping on Iowa's freshman RB dropping a 3rd down pass at their own 20. If I'm not mistaken, Iowa punted the ball down to our 8 after that and we took it and scored. So unless Griese had some 6th sense that Iowa was going to go the next 75 yards and score after that drop, all the drop did was not run a bit more time off the clock with Iowa having the ball in their hands.

Hey Greese, we weren't really "down" or forced to throw the ball last week against OSU forcing those INTs. Yeah, they were 2nd and 3rd and longs but we weren't desperate at the time.

The loss of Mike Taylor may prove pretty costly today.

Putting Phillips in was stupid, the offense was on a roll on the last drive and we killed it right there. Iowa will find a way to win, we will find a way to lose.

Clay looks a bit dinged up but Iowa has been in the backfield every play it seems.

There's the beginning of it. I love our D this year but our corners are terrible. I thought Henry was going to be much better.
