Nick Collins is signing a 3 year contract extension.

23.4 million
14 million front loaded in the uncapped year

So this essentially takes him through the three years we would have had him under control anyway. I'm sure he's a happy camper but the Packers just spent a lot of money for it.

Edit: just realized it's an extension. This takes him into his 30s. Deal doesn't look as bad now :)

I really didn't want to see this get ugly to here Collins was skipping offseason stuff. He's talented as hell, still young, and loves being a Packers, exactly the type of players Ted should be locking up.
