We are one quarter of the way into the season. We've seen very good effort from this defense...and some mind-numblingly awful play that local Middle Schools wouldn't see on the field.
With four games in, which Texans defensive player do you feel has stood out above the rest?
Your choices are:
Mario Williams
DeMeco Ryans
Dunta Robinson
Brian Cushing
Antoine Smith
Amobi Okoye
Zach Diles

I'm voting Brian Cushing. He leads the team in tackles, tackles for a loss, and forced the only safety (I think) in team history.

We've had safeties before.
I voted for Mario. He has a huge impact on the pass rush and on run stuffing.

I have to go with Cushing as well. This guy is awesome! Whenever you watch the games, he seems to be involved in every play whether he runs down for the tackle, puts pressure on the QB, or affecting the passing game. Dude is everywhere.
He is definable the next jersey I pick up. Sorry Slaton!
