So...where do the Texans go next? What changes need to be made to make this team better.
With the surprise emergence of the #$%#in' Colts, it is not a lock that the Texans will be the division winner next year. Not without some changes.
Personally I want to see two big things happen:
1) Hire an Offensive Coordinator. I don't mean just a new hire - I want someone brought in under Wade Philips circumstances. I want someone given a lot of autonomy to inject some life into what clearly became a stagnant offensive system as the season progressed. We probably have a few seasons of prime Arian Foster and a couple more from Andre the Great playing at a high level together. We need to utilize them much more effectively!
2) We need a second receiver. No offense to the guys we have after Dre - especially the dependable Kevin Walter - but this team has lacked a true #2 option for too long now. Dre can't do it forever, and it's past time to bring in his understudy.
What else should we be looking to do?
