I wish him the best but yeah, I really don't care. We actually have a solid rotation (and some young guys waiting in the wings), so we aren't at all dependent on his health.
Who knows, maybe he'll be back next year looking as spry as ever. If not, oh well.

I still like Prior and I hope he can come back and be a solid pitcher for the Cubs...at some point.
Through all this, I'd hate to see him (or Wood) leave Chicago. At the same time though, it could be a good thing. I'm pretty torn. What I do know is I'd hate to see these guys pitching [well] for another team. Not that I'd wish them failure if they were to move on, but it would just hurt to see. I still want them retiring as Cubs.
