The only guy I see whose rating should be significantly better is Charlie Johnson, he's much better than a 68 overall.

If they released ratings midseason I believe Keiaho would be closer to the 77-80 range.

Yeah, you're right. I must've overlooked him, but he should be much higher than what he is. I expect he'll eventually get to the 77-80 range on a roster update once people start watching him play.

I think if Madden is giving Hester a 100 speed rating, then they need to bite the bullet and put DFree's at 90.

I like Peyton's awareness and Marvin's route running at 100. I thought that Morris' strength would be higher, especially now that he's at the Sam.

Madden definitely stole the player specialties from the 2k series (ie. crosshairs mark accuracy, winged foot marking speed).

Anyone play/get Madden yet? I got mine at midnight, and it's awesome. The players actually look like players and not super heroes, and the tackle animations are much improved. Plus, the computer seems to be much better, and the plays that worked in previous Maddens aren't as sure fire as they used to be.

God they got enough stat categories? How can you keep on top of them all? O.o

I think Hester shouldn't have got 100 in the speed catagory. I don't like Vince Young on the cover, don't think he has done enough yet, but as least we know that the curse will mean he will play bad.

Well, I do think that Young is better than Garrison Hearst...
