The best part about the Brewers is once they call up Braun and Gallardo from Nashville there gonna get a whole lot better. Also Dave Bush has been pretty damn unlucky with his ERA, he's a whole lot better than his 6.23 ERA.
Just a curious question to some Brewer fans, do you think you are better than the Red Sox or Indians?

I think we could definitely give the Indians a battle. We beat them 2 of 3 last year and while I'm not sure Hardy, Suppan and Vargas will keep at their current paces I'm also pretty sure Weeks, Sheets, Hall and Bush won't keep at their current paces either.
Depends on if there's a DH or not. Indians pitchers crushed the ball against us last year so I'd hope for a DH.
I think the Red Sox are better though. Deep starting rotation, great closer, damn good lineup.
I don't want to think about it just let us enjoy our moment in the sun. It doesn't come around in Milwaukee too often.

And i'd love Jessica Alba naked at my doorstep right now. But neither thing is gonna happen. When a team is greatly outplaying its run differential, odds are it's going to come back to Earth eventually. Look up the 2005 Washington Nationals for a good example of this in action. The difference here is the Brewers do at least have a great shot at the postseason, and for that you should be happy.

That is true. A better way to look at fluky behavior in a small sample size is to check out BABIP for both the offense and pitching. Anybody have those numbers? All I know is David Bush has been ridiculously hit-unlucky so far.

He's just been prone to the big inning.
Last night he carried a two hit shutout into the 7th. A deep double, a blooper and two dongs later and he's down 4-2 in a span of about 10 minutes.
Now, he shouldn't have been out there in the first place and Yost managed like he was coaching Legion ball but that's another discussion.

That low? Wow. So things could be better offensively, which suggests that their run differential should increase with more games.

Plenty of teams have had the best record in baseball this year and none of them have posted "We're the best." The Brewers had the best record for a few days, congrats my good man. Now it's Boston's turn to post "We're the best."

Hell yeah baby. He's batting .333 with 8 homers and 26 rbi's while playing excellent d at shortstop. He's the best player on the brewers right now and an early canidate for nl mvp!

So far, all they've done is beat up on their division. Which, as it was last year, is pretty craptastic.
If they're still continuing at this pace or at least lead their division, I'll give them kudos.
Watch a Brewer game, this team is no fluke man lol. Let me direct you to this article. It's by SPORTS ILLUSTRATED by the way.
