Keith O'Neil also was cut, but he had previously been on the IR.

O'Neil was a good special teamer, but it looks like we have some nice young 'backers that allowed us to make him expendable.

Rick DeMulling was cut? Wasn't he a serviceable backup guard for you guys?
(Count down until the Titans sign him as a backup on Guard... 10... 9...)

He was a starter for us two-three seasons ago, got signed to a big deal with the Lions, was cut this offseason...we signed him...I guess he's either lost a step or the fact is our guards are in a drastically better state than they were a couple of seasons ago.
