Week 4: Denver(2-1) @ Indianapolis(3-0)

Sorry about the delay, I meant to get this thread up earlier, I was just extremely busy this week...Feels good that the weekend is finally here and I'm rev'd up for another Sunday of NFL action...This week we take on the Broncos who in my opinion look much worse than their 2-1 record..They could just as easily be 0-3.

It's cool Latrell, great job on the game thread as usual.

The RCA Dome has been a House of Horror for the Broncos the past couple of seasons, so hopefully that won't change this season.

I think the key matchup will be between Clark and Gonzalez and whatever LB (Ian Gold perhaps) or CB (Foxworth, Paymah) that the Broncos try to match up with them. Bailey and Dre' Bly are two very good CB's, but it will be that third CB/LB who covers the slot that will probably be the difference maker in today's game.

Is there a team with a more methodical approach than the Colts? We just do whatever we damn well please with the ball.....its comical at times.

Bad day for injuries however, Addai's looked minor and he should be able to practice...I missed Marvin's injury, how serious did it look? Will we have him back next week? If I had to nitpick something from today's game I would have thrown to Ben Utecht more and give Dallas Clark a bit of a break since he was ailing and his injury, I think we may have overworked him a bit too much, but still he played great with 2 TD's so I ain't gonna complain.
Rob Morris' injury looks bad though, I hope he can recover soon....it's a pretty safe bet he won't be back for a while

Harrison's injury wasn't too bad, he got hit in the back and his knee kind of jolted up on impact. He came back into the game, caught a ball...and then sat the rest of the time, so it's probably not too serious. I think at the most he would miss a week or so.

The Colts offense was a machine though yesterday. It was very impressive.
Dallas Clark had some amazing catches, and there were wide open spaces for Joseph Addai to run to.
