Colts Center Named NFL Offensive Lineman of the Year
INDIANAPOLIS - Center Jeff Saturday has been one of the Colts' most reliable players in recent seasons, a durable player and one of the best in the NFL at his position.
On Thursday, Saturday was honored for his accomplishments. Yet again.
Saturday, a nine-year veteran and a starter the last seven seasons, has been named the NFL Alumni Offensive Lineman of the Year, NFL Alumni, Inc., announced on Thursday. Saturday was among 10 current players honored in voting by former players.
Saturday, who has started 16 regular-season games
seven of the last eight seasons, has been named the AFC starter in the Pro Bowl three consecutive seasons.

Quarterback (Tom Brady, New England), running back (Brian Westbrook, Philadelphia), wide receiver (Randy Moss, New England), tight end (Jason Witten, Dallas), defensive lineman (Mario Williams, Houston), pass rusher (Jared Allen, Kansas City), linebacker (Patrick Willis, San Francisco), defensive back (Antonio Cromartie, San Diego) and special teams player (Devin Hester, Chicago).
Mike McCarthy of the Green Bay Packers was honored as the NFL Alumni Coach of Year.
