The Brewers SHOULD be able to win 2 of 3 (well, actually 3 of 3, but I don't want to get greedy). Coming down the stretch, we really need to close this out and win each series. And come on, this guy has a 6.49 ERA? With how our offense has been playing lately, there are no excuses for losing this one. I'm starting to get excited about this team again, they're fun to watch - I hope they keep it up!

I gotta get down on doing some of these game threads next season, I think it would be fun...

On deck: The Pirates may be in the NL Central cellar, but they will present a stern test this week for a Brewers team that has an ugly 19-41 record at PNC Park since 2001, including 1-3 this season.

Pretty Nasty Crap... or at least that seems to describe how the Brewers usually play there...

I guess it doesn't really stand for anything, but was formed when Pittsburgh National Corporation and Provident National Corporation merged.

End wikipedia search

Armas pitched pretty good (for him) against us on August 31. We need to hammer him early.

2 of 3 would be great. Wednesday's matchup will be tough.

Because samsquatch made the game thread. You always expect mistakes with him.

My guess is when somebody currently ahead of him cools off.

I entered as well. I figured if they do make the playoffs, I wanna do as much as I can to try and be there to see it.
