Just heard it on ESPN. Apparently he got in a fight with some guy outside his bar in Philadelphia. He then followed him and fired shots at his car. Bullets grazed the guy, but they were non-lethal.
Pretty crazy stuff

When I first saw the wiretap headline I figured they were talking about Rodney not Marvin. He's the last person in the NFL you'd expect this kind of news from. Although I'm going to wait for more information to arise before I judge him.

I'm editing the title of this thread, Harrison hasn't been arrested or charged for a crime. He's only been investigated. We'll have to wait and see for details.
According to Chris Mortensen:
Marvin's agent Tom Condon tells CM that the initial reports are "erroneus"...and that Marvin isn't even considered a suspect in the case.

As an agent, that's your job.
I think this whole thing will blow over, and Harrison's going to be fine.
If for some strange reason Marvin Harrison actually shot some dude, I believe that puts him in a crazy category higher than any Pacers player, because the only shooting Pacers ever did was into the air and in self-defense outside of a club.
He should then be released from the Colts.

The Indianapolis Star - Marvin Harrison has assured the Colts that he was not involved in the shooting that took place in his hometown of Philadelphia last month, according to The Indianapolis Star.
