James Sample. One reason why I think he should win. He create more turnovers!

Sample really didn't have that big of an impact last year. I definitely agree we need players on the field that can create turnovers in defense.

I think Cyprien holds onto his starting spot.

This is the one spot on the team that I can't project a starter for. I think it will be a very close battle with Cyp having the slight edge.

Either way both will greatly impacted by having a FS of Gipson's caliber monitoring the center fielder spot. Definitely excited to see what Sample can do now that he is healthy.

We just need to be healthy the start of the season. It's going to be interesting seeing how the D comes together.

I feel our whole defense will be on a short leash considering our HC's job really depends on their performance this year.
