I'm personally glad Barrett is gone, but the entertainment he has brought with his pathetic plays & the 2 fights are absolutely PRICELESS.

Barretts first game as a Padre:

0/4 3K's with a passed ball.

Michael B was the man... not for his defense of course... but for his passion, clutch hitting, and general likability. The whole thing w/ Zambrano got a little blown out of proportion since it was caught on tv, so someone had to go, and it was Barrett.

He was very popular in my opinion but he lost it all with Cubs fans this season. Reminds me of the divorce with Dusty.

I felt like an outkast when everyone loved him.. does anyone remember that one play when all he had to do was touch home plate to get an out but instead threw to third???? it wasn't this season i think it was in 04' i wanted to smack the **** out of him.
