4 hits to the pitcher? WTH??? That's just as bad as Davies not getting an out.
Where the offseason has more buzz happens.

Well we had to lose again sometime.

I'm really surprised Bobby took Kyle out so soon.

He's going to play himself out of a roster spot.

I was also surprised that Davies got the early hook. I would have liked to see Bobby give him a little more time to find his groove. Either way, just got to chalk it up to the baseball odds.

Davies is struggling. He needs to start pitching well or he will be on his way back down. Maybe Jo-Jo can provide a good showing for us.

I still want Matt Harrison to make an appearance.

This is the type of thing that separates Cox from say, Willie Randolph. Cox knew with 1 run in that his SP didn't have it. Randolph typically lets his SP give up 6 before even warming up a pitcher. Cox manages with more urgency - not a bad trait at all...

Yeah, you could tell from the look on Bobby's face he was thinking:

"Sorry Kyle, not letting you lose this one in the first for us."

Gah, sorry guys, but this pitching only reminds me of how we need to make a move for a solid 3 pitcher

Wow, if we don't win this game...3rd base, no outs  ...great play by Phillips, though.

I turn on the game to find it's the 15th inning...and of course we give up 2 runs just like that. :banghead: :banghead:

I think the Braves lost that game three times. When Soriano gave up the bomb to Dunn, when we had Chipper on 3rd on no outs and then when we finally did. Kind of a perfect end to a nightmarish series.

We started the 10 game home stand on a good note, with a 3 game sweep. then took two steps back by getting swept by the Reds. :(
