Roger goodell, Good or Bad?

Post#1 » by GameTime_3 » Wed May 14, 2008 8:20 pm

Is Roger goodell helping the NFL? To me, I think the guy is a snake. I dont trust him, I see him as a Bud Selig wanabe and thats not a good thing. The guy has a Ego bigger then this whole website. Yes, I like the fact that he is punishing the players for being criminals but it seems that he is not fair and that he is differnt to every person. The reason i bring this up is because most people think that he is a great Commish but i think that he is going to hurt the league. Please let me know what you think about the guy, Do i stand alone or do many of you feel the same?

Weren't the fines and the forfeiting of the first round pick punishment for being caught filming the Jets in the first game of the season? So shouldn't the Patriots face another punishment for filming all those other years that they weren't caught?

But back to Goodell, him destroying evidence was criminal. So I agree with ITG, he deserves to die and I hope he burns in hell.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

Goodell before Spygate = Good
Goodell after Spygate because of his handling of the situation = Bad

There's got to be another reason why the Senator does not want the case closed just yet. Goodell could walk out looking bad if ANYTHING transpires into a cover up case.

He does have some sort of affiliation with Bob Kraft, correct?
