no Camarillo, if Jake plays he'll be playing hurt, and the Rams did defeat the Cowboys this season...
still... they are going to start Trent Green.

Let go Joey! This game kinda scares me. STL maybe bad this year but they have some talent on that team. Lets hope we can contain there offense and find ginn in the passing game.

Rams are moving the ball, up and down the field early. Come on Joey, get in there. Bulger looks good today, Jackson is Jackson.

Dolphins guard Justin Smiley breaks right leg
ST. LOUIS - For the second straight week the Dolphins lost a key starter on offense to a season-ending injury.
Left guard Justin Smiley, the Dolphins top performing offensive lineman, broke his right leg when a Rams defender rolled up on it in the first half of Sunday's 16-12 win over St. Louis.

Re: Fins at Rams
Our two starting guards out for the year. And Smiley's injury looked hella painful. From what I saw, Alleman played alright, we didn't run the ball as successful as we should have, but we still got close to one fifty for the day.
Nevertheless, winning by only four points to the Rams is embarrassing. I know I should appreciate the sevens wins compared to last year, but I wasn't feeling how the players being interviewed on tv were comfortable with the win. A dynasty would've won by 20.

For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

Re: Fins at Rams
we still seem to have growing pains... I think Ronnie is overrated due to the Pats game... if you look at his #s other than that historic showing, he has been pedestrian. Maybe due to the fact he shares with Ricky. Ginn is inconsistant, he has some good catches then misses that first down catch that was in his hands. Bess dropped a sure touchdown. Penalties have been killing us the last few weeks after being rather stingy all season prior. Ricky had a TD taken off the board due to a holding call. David Martin had that fumble in Rams territory after that wildcat play on a throw from Ronnie.
We still have a lot of holes to fill, I kind of feel like our 7 wins are due to smoke and mirrors almost -- but that's to our credit, we have a winning mentality when last year's crew would have tucked its tail in between its legs with any adversity. We have taken extremely good care of the ball, and Pennington has been an A grade pickup.
I wouldn't be surprised to see them let Carey walk as a free agent and replace Satele at center, either moving him to guard or cutting him. We need another DT in the worst way, no depth there behind aging Ferguson. If Porter is being neutralized, we have no pass rush, so another LB or two could be drafted early. Hopefully Smiley and Donald Thomas can recover from their injuries and be starters next year.
Looking at the free agents in the offseason, http://www.kffl.com/static/nfl/features ... eam&y=2009 Marc Colombo is the right tackle for the Cowboys and he is an UFA and brought in by Parcells, I could see them bringing him in to replace Vernon.
