Fins @ Pats

anyone watching this game? penalties omg killing us. Just read that Seahawks might let Deion Branch go and I say we pick him up cheap if we can. Maybe he can catch or get open.

Unofficial Game Thread: Dolphins vs. Patriots

Post#2 » by unowen85 » Sun Nov 8, 2009 7:46 pm

The Dolphins better not lose by three points. And why did Sparano put Davis back in the game, Jason Allen was single handedly shutting down the right side of the field.

I full appreciate what the Wild Cat has done for this team the past year and a half, but I think as long as we continue to run it, this team will never be Henne's team. And I think it's time for this team to be Henne's one hundred percent. You now he gets hella pissed every time he makes a throw for a first down, only for the next play to be a wild cat and he has to stand on the sidelines.

I thought Pat White made some good plays today. How can you say using him is a bad thing?

I like the WildCat as much as the next guy, but I am going to have to agree with some previous posters on this. As long as we run the WildCat, we are going to stay very inconsistent. Week in and week out, we never really know what we are going to get for production out of this set. But now, it's actually been very inefficient (except when Pat White came in this week).

The team is all over the place. I hate to say it, but I think the WildCat needs to begin coming to a close, at least as a regular set. And if we do run it, please put Pat White in as the wideout. At least make a defender pay attention to him.
