Although I'm not a big fan of these Thursday games, I figured, before Sunday, we would have the advantage since the Panthers never faced us with the wildcat before and would only have three days to prepare, but with Brown out that changes. We're all looking for a good passing game Thursday, but hey, who's a better backup runner in the league than Ricky? Time to unleash the wildbong!

Damn drama till the finish. We pulled this one out though good win lets go get Buffalo and then prep for the Pats! We can make the playoffs people. This game was big though and we needed it!

hated the play calling on our last offensive series... why was Ricky not in the game? All we need is one first down and it's iced... and it wasn't like the victory was a certainty... then it seemed like the first two running plays were half hearted, then they decide after Polite gets like a 6 yard gain on 2nd on his own to go for it on 4th instead of trying a 46 yard field goal.. whats the worst that could have happened if he misses a FG? Or you're afraid its going to get blocked? Didn't like the end of game management at all. If you knew you're going for it on 4 downs, then Ricky should have been in that series. Like last week when they called a timeout with like 10 seconds left to hit the field goal, they could have called a time out with :03 seconds left and not let Tampa Bay have the ball back for a miracle attempt at the end.

All in all, I guess I am nit picking because a win is a win is a win. Ricky was inspired. Devone Bess made 3rd down after 3rd down. Mr Porter showed up and our o-line played like champs in lieu of the injuries. Jason Ferg going down made me nauseated, hope he comes back but usually 350 lb dudes don't shake off knee injuries.

heard the explanations on the radio, so I guess I owe Sparano an apology

Ricky was dinged up at the last play and being attended to by trainers

with all the injuries the FG blocking team was decimated and he didn't want guys who never blocked in a game before to have to do it on an important 46 yard kick, that would have been a bad position

he felt the worst that could happen was that the Panthers would need to drive the 75 yards or whatever it was with no timeouts, and he liked that better than them blocking a FG or missing a FG and getting it 8 yards closer.
