Packers @ Vikings Noon-- HUGE GAME

Huge Northern Division Collision
both teams are 4-4 and one game back of the first place Bears, needing a win to keep pace (Bears do play the undefeated Titians this week)

Vikings are 1-2 in division play so a win this week is crucial

Had a chance to win in Green Bay at the end of the game, so we'll see how Gus at qb and McKinnie back change the game, along with AP who has been getting going the last couple weeks

Bernard Berrian needs to continue the great month+ he's been having and help stretch the field for the running game, which should do well against a not good Packer run D (146 rushing yards a game)

the whole defensive line seems to have questions surrounding it, with the williams' wall, and jared allen's shoulder, hopefully they can all go and get after rodgers (who has been banged up for a considerable part of the season)

Need to get the crowd into the game early, coming off a big win last week, while the packers are coming off a tough overtime loss

Childress has not beaten the Packers as head coach of the VIkings
lets change that Sunday

GO VIKINGS

You're right, this is an absolutely crucial game. If the Vikings win, they are a game ahead of the Packers and still have an opportunity to win the tiebreaker, plus they could possibly be tied for first. If the Vikings lose, they are a game behind the Pack, have lost the tiebreaker and could be 2 games out of first.

wow what a game, unbelievable finish

but didn't have to be that close

first Defense played a great game, rodgers was a mess back there all game, 4 sacks, 2 safeties

RB's were great, chester catching passes, AD running over everyone

Good to see Rice in the red zone

:nonono: Gus, 3 picks and our horrible punt coverage

but Adrian is a clutch BEAST and won it for us, great game and we're tied for first

whew

Ferotte almost killed us. Terrible interceptions at key moments. Peterson is up over 1000 yards now.

I just noticed that Peterson took over the NFL lead in rushing. I'm torn whether we'd be better off with Jackson. Ferotte makes teams respect the deep ball, but I think Jackson's mobility could do us alot of good in certain situations.

It's also starting to look like we screwed up releasing Tyler Thigpen. He looks decent so far for the Chiefs.

thigpen does look ok

we'll probably have to live with Gus because the team is winning, like 5-2 with him starting

of course who knows is jackson would have thrown those picks, because the offense would have been limited again by him being in there

AP might have had 300 yards though :dontknow:
