probably a long shot that Childress gets fired this year

he's not a good coach, his clock management is unbelievably awful

i like Shanahan, and just think what he could do with AP, probably could get a 2000 yard season

I think I'd rather have Gruden than Shanahan.

Really? I don't want anything to do with Gruden. Shanahan would be near the top of my list, right below Dungy.

Shanahan won Super Bowls with John Elway, Dungy won with Manning. Jon Gruden won a Super Bowl with Brad Johnson. And unlike Shanahan, Gruden has been successful with multiple teams. All three would be an improvement.

all i hear from people on the general board is that Gruden isn't the offensive guru he is made out to be
but i guess we don't need him to be, just to get the passing game up to decent would be nice

and some clock management would go a long way as well

Benchwarmer Bob and I were talking about how Frazier would make a good coach for us. Dungy's won a ring, and now two of his understudies have made it to the Super Bowl.
