John Randle: Hall of Famer

Post#1 » by Klomp » Sun Feb 7, 2010 6:36 am

ESPN - Emmitt Smith and Jerry Rice led a class of seven into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday.

The NFL's career receiving and rushing leaders were joined in the Hall by John Randle, Russ Grimm, Rickey Jackson, Floyd Little and Dick LeBeau.

Little and LeBeau were elected as senior committee nominees.

Awesome John Randle made it. I'm sure Cris Carter will make it, he just has to wait his turn.

I would have expected Cris Carter to make it ahead of Randle.

I think Cris Carter makes it next year. My thoughts now are some sort of "Jerry Rice has to make it first" voodoo going on.

Those numbers are outdated I think. TO has 144 touchdowns, Moss has 148.

Good to see John made it. Carter knows he'll make it sooner rather then later.
