Does anyone understand the Rhett Ellison pick?

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

Like I've always said, you can never have enough fullbacks.

Breaking Down the Draft Day Trades
#3 to Cleveland for #4, #118, #139, #211

Trent Richardson for Matt Kalil, Jarius Wright, Robert Blanton, 2013 TEN 6th

#35, #98 to Baltimore for #29

Courtney Upshaw, Gino Gradkowski for Harrison Smith

#138, #223 to Detroit for #219, 2013 DET 4th

Tahir Whitehead, Travis Lewis for Trevor Guyton, 2013 DET 4th

I think we won all three.

I think we actually had 4 trades, and while I wouldn't use the term "won" before any of the players have had the opportunity to play, three of them are hard to argue with. We had so many picks between rounds 4-7 that trading a 5th for a future 4th and a 7th for a future 6th were no brainers.
Icness seems to believe that we didn't need to trade up for Smith, so there's some room for debate there.

Having the draft settle in--I'm pretty happy and think we did an excellent job.

I didn't really like drafting a fullback in the 4th round or a kicker in the 6th, we could have used more competition at OG, LB and CB.
