Maybe he's just talk out of frustration, but it's part of the game, and Tim just needs to work on awareness when he's on base.

Well it appears he wasn't actually crying...

It sounds like he was letting out some frustration. I doubt he'll seriously try to pick off a pitcher any and every time one gets on base.

...But yeah, he just needs to deal with it. If he's on-base, he's a baserunner - no matter what position he plays.
