Well I pretty much considered the season over when we lost Peterson anyway. Vikings are pretty much in the process of a rebuild at this point.

Today was a winnable game. At this point id be more excited about a top draft pick than winning a few easy games and then getting our butts kicked the rest of the season.

I'll worry about the draft in April. During October I want to win football games.

i don't like tanking, i want to compete and win as many games as we can

i mean this sucks that we lost but it was a good game to watch, i will say that despite the vikings always coming in on the wrong side of these dramatic finishes they are cool to watch - it would be nice to come in on the winning side of them though

Same, I'm just simply stating id be more excited with a great draft pick.

Teddy appears to be thinking more than playing. Our o-line is just horrible, and we don't have a true number 1 receiver. On the positive side, McKinnon is separating himself from Asiata.

Defensively we faired well. Was impressed with the secondary besides the last drive. Munnerlyn has been a let down. Barr looking great.

yea i was pleased with the defense. It'd be nice to seal the deal, but they turned over the entire d line, what can you do, its gonna take time

McKinnon is nice and Bridgewater is a rookie, but the o-line has been so disappointing. I'm curious to know if any the bench guys can do better in pass protection. I don't want all this poor pass protection to mess up Bridgewater's development.

I would like to win as many games as we can get but the odds are against us. Losing our MVP really hurt the team.

The guys who aren't motivated to compete need to be benched, like Kalil, to send a message.

It's concerning we haven't seen much if any of our third round pick Scott Chricton.

I also seen a Harris and someone else on our o-line who've I've never heard of. You'd think that Yankey, wentworth, and Richardson would be able to get in the lineup.

that's what i'm worried about, someone mentioned thinking more than playing and that may be right - not helping that he's probably thinking about bailing out of there before some unblocked guy comes bearing down on him

i still believe teddy will develop into a great qb as long as the oline keeps him alive this year

benching kalil would be nice but with all the injuries i don't know if we have the depth for that

without adrian, the offense is lacking an identity - there isn't really anything that we can do well so the defenses just gear up to go after the young qb. i don't know really how you can develop an identity during the season either (and i don't know what that identity would be), especially with the players we have

If the issue is motivation, sure, but Kalil is the only one on the team suited to be a long term LT. It's in our bests interests for him to figure it out. If we don't think he can then we need to find someone in the offseason.
