Okay maybe Defillipo sucks as well. 3rd and a short 1. Your QB has had pressure on him all game, so what do you call? A pass. I think this team sucks at running, but I don't think that means we should never run.

that was a weird sequence by the seahawks

why don't they just run the ball every time? they get like 5-6 yards a carry

seems like they want to keep us in the game

I'm not going to disagree. Nobody's doing their job even remotely well when you run your first play in enemy territory with four minutes left in the third quarter. But then here we run it on 4th and 1, and get totally stuffed. Again, not defending anyone, but you've basically got an arm tied behind your back when you can't block in either phase.

Murray should probably be cut for that one single play.

I'm not sure I've ever seen a more half ass effort on a run, and a 4th and 1 no less. He saw the defenders coming and his feet stopped and he just leaned forward into the defender. They didn't even have to tackle him. Not on that play Murray, not with that kind of importance on that play. Cut that scrub. You can't do that. Such a big back, his wheels need to be spinning even if two defenders are draped on him. No excuse for that rotten run.

Prepare for the team to quit soon. Going to need something good/lucky to happen on defense again or it's just not happening. Make a pick, strip a ball. Do something. Because the offense isn't going to.

so what has happened to the offense since the beginning of the year? it seems like so long ago that adam thielen was getting 100 yards a game

now we can't even get to the 50

what's different? oline couldn't block then either

You are right. The Oline isn't any different. They just got more conservative and more dumb about playcalling.

How many 3rd downs did they blow with pocket pass plays called? Sack sack sack. thats dirve after drive after drive

Play calling changed. They went to a complete checkdown game with a couple longbom passes over the last 5 games. That's literally all they do. They have harped on Cousins daily about turnovers so now he holds it and holds it and holds it too long. Right into sacks. They haven't done anything to force defenses to back up so why should they? Cook isn't Marshal Faulk. These 3 yard passes to Cook for 3 yards total aren't scaring anyone. They will all bunch into the 3 yard range and laugh at this offense.

THat's a great catch. But this offense will live or die on whether those great catches happen. Tried it in previous games where it failed and it's another failed drive. They better take advantage of Diggs catching that one.
