week 10: lions at vikings- lets get back on track!

Post#1 » by hermes » Thu Nov 8, 2012 3:35 am

lions (4-4) at vikings (5-4)

big game for us right before the bye, winning this would build some confidence because the games after the bye are rough

lions have found a running game, and stafford is getting pretty good at coming back in the 4th quarter, need to keep riding ap, and somehow take ponder out of the equation as much as possible (how is percy doing?)

webb almost brought us back against the lions last year, wonder if his heroics will be utilized again

go vikings

Going to be rough with Stafford not sucking anymore.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

Good game today from Ponder, probably his 2nd best of the year. That deep throw to Wright is exactly what he needs to do more of, step up in the pocket and make throws downfield. Oh, and Peterson continues to be unstoppable. The guy is averaging almost 6 yards per carry this year.

From @cponder7 (Ponder's twitter account)

Great team win! Big shout out to @Samantha_Steele for helping us win this one!

great game, ap is amazing

ponder played well didn't cause mistakes and the defense was really good

we played our game, jump out to an early lead then grind the clock out and play defense- still in the hunt!
