That would be a nice pickup. PFF had him rated as a solid B-level tackle. Without naming names, Spielman also expressed confidence they're going to be able to get some extensions done with some of our upcoming free agents -- Kendricks, Barr, Diggs, etc.

Love the pickup. He has cooled off the last couple years compared to how he started his career. But under Zimmer and this defense, I expect him to be a pretty impactful player.

I’m not necessarily surprised, we’re probably looking to create cap space. I’ll miss Wright, he seemed to make a decent amount of big plays relative to the amount of opportunities he was given.

this upcoming draft is becoming really important for hitting on some good players that can replace some of the more expensive ones going forward

Seems like a mortal lock we're going to take a guard pretty high. That kid from UTEP sounds like he'd be a pretty good pick-up if he's available. It would be so huge if we could draft a couple of difference-makers.

Treadwell has been so disappointing. If we had hit on either him or Patterson, we'd be almost unstoppable. I guess it all came out in the wash given how we got Diggs in the 5th and Thielen off the trash heap. But still...

At any rate, pretty good interview with Spielman on the pursuit of Cousins.
