First play of second half for Vikings. A stupid drop back dump off check down behind the line of scrimmage. Could have been picked. No yardage. GARBAGE ZIMMER

Hopefully this game breaks them of their one sided offense for good. Hopefully zimmer can enjoy letting them build a lead now like this and then start using all his runners to eat the fourth quarter up.

Probably should get Mattison going a little more now and save Cook's wear and tear a little.

This is such a bittersweet game. Its fun seeing this offense get going. But also very frustrating because it took the players almost revolting and the coaching staff to say fine we will try to be more aggressive for us to finally see it. That means it has been the coaching scheme that has been holding this offense back. I think we all knew this, but this is kind of the proof in the pudding though.

The next question is, is this just Zimmer doing this once to make his skill guys happy. Or does Zimmer actually step back and let this offense finally have its freedom. Sadly I think its the second option.

Not sure there are more than 3 RB I would take ahead of him.

Its not a Vikings game without a Griffen offsides.

I would honestly be shocked if he isn't the leader for active players.

He was so perfectly timed all first half, I kept wondering if the rook would hard count him. Someone on Giants probably pointed it out at halftime.

Personally I hope they are ahead by three scores when they force another one deep to him so it won't matter if he drops it or not.

That's that one thing I haven't seen enough of today, and that's Diggs with more 12-14 range routes/targets. Forget all the forced Diggs deep stuff. Save it for when you have a huge lead cushion if they want.

Waynes with intereference big time there in endzone. NFL refs suck. Waynes never looked for the ball, and wasn't being held by the receiver this time.

Ya if Im a Giants fan Im pissed right now. That was a clear PI against Waynes. Had hands on him, pushing and wasn't looking at the ball. You cant call that one play, then just a few plays later not call it.

NFL refs certainly have no clue. It was clear intereference this time. Previous play he started to a little but the receiver did all the holding and caused that.

Waynes has to get his head turned around if he's going to get into their grill like that. Get at least one hand on that incoming ball.

Hughes did it earlier in game on left sidelines with close contact and got himself completely turned around and almost got the pick.

Return to Minnesota Vikings
