P Scott Player (ARZ) - I am not a huge fan of Kluwe, he hasn't done much for me since his rookie year.

TE Jermaine Wiggins (JAC) - I haven't seen anything out of Shiancoe yet, and Kleinsasser is not that great of a pass catcher, it won't happen, but I am still a fan of Wiggins.

LB Jeremiah Trotter (PHI) - Obviously, he is a playmaker. I see no reason why we can't sign him to a 1 year deal and use him as a backup who rotates in regularily. I know I may be alone, but Greenway is unproven, Leber is ok, and E.J. is solid. A vocal leader like that might make them the top linebacking group in the NFL.

That's it.....so far.

Kluwe will do just fine.

Wiggins? are you serious, we let him go for a reason.

Trotter would be a good idea, but i dont think we're gonna go after him, besides he's already in discussions with Tampa Bay.

Broncos just cut Teyo Johnson. He's tall and decent hands, could help out where Klenny and Shaincoe dont.

Jags release Chris Claiborne... we could bring him back, for insurance and special teams

Wiggins is out there? Are you kidding me? hell yea we should get him. Wasn't he leasing the team in receptions for like two years at TE?

I've updated my list due to all the cuts. All the players and the reasons I stated above still stand.
TE - Wiggins, LB - Trotter, P - Player

New cuts:

C - Greg Eslinger: Everyone knows about him, I can't believe he was cut. Athletic C, if he's healthy. Hopefully they give the hometown kid a look. We don't have a backup C on the roster right now.

DT - Jimmy Kennedy: I think he's a better option than Fred Evans. A high first round pick that hasn't panned out. After watching Fred play this preseason, I am not impressed. Also, Kennedy is a big dude, could spell Pat better than Fred could.

RB - Antonio Pittman: Why he got released is beyond me and we only have 3 RB's right now. Although, I think he was released becuse they knew with the two ahead of him, he would never see the field, which makes me doubt he even gets a look from us.

LB - Jon Alston: Everyone was high on this kid coming out of the draft, real speedster for a LB, might be a huge help on our awful special teams. I think having him and Farwell on ST's is a good start to improving kick coverage.

CB - Alan Zemaitis: I really like Charles Gordon, and not a big fan of Ronyell Whitaker, soooo this is a guy I take a chance on. Only has a couple years in the league, a lot of hype coming out of college. Big corner, 6-2 and played the Tampa 2 in Tampa, seems like a perfect match.

Eslinger's out there? Get 'im here, he'd add some nice depth to the OL, and it doesn't hurt adding a decorated former Gopher.

He was released in favor of an undrafted FA that out played him all pre-season and training camp. So it had nothing to do with Duece and Reggie.
