Nice pick on the mock - Otah would be solid there.

If no trades are available, Otah would be a great pick.

Either Lawrence Jackson or Quentin Groves with the 2nd rd pick would be sweet. Hopefully one of them makes it to that spot.

If we have to draft a DE, I'd go with Jackson. Tremendous production in college, good size, and a good motor.
But, I'd prefer using a pick, preferably 3rd, but maybe even a 2nd, on trading for a veteran DE. I really like Jason Taylor. The price is steep and he'll be 34 by the time the season starts, but I think as a team we have a three year window where we can seriously contend for a Superbowl before Phat Pat, Sharper, Birk, Winfield, and maybe even Hutchinson retire or start to slow down. All that said, I wouldn't be terribly disappointed if we just drafted a DE.

Haven't seen him dance, but he's pretty nimble on the field so I'd assume he's good.

I have not seen the big board for this mock, but if we ended up with those two guys I would be very happy.

I doubt Otah last until 17 overall, but if he is still on the board we should pick him up. Jackson will probably go higher than 48, but once again if he is on the board we should pick him up.

What happened? TE? None of the CBs avail piqued your interest? Mid round TEs are abundandant in this draft (Bennett, Finley, Stevens, Cottam, KDavis outside of the overrated Carlson). You must really like Bennett. What do you know on him?
