Just interesting how you can find productivity later in the draft.

Last years draft was awesome. According to these rankings, our first four picks should have gone in the first 2 rounds. Even 06 is starting to grow on me. One area Childress and crew have been good at from day one is drafting players who can help from day one, and not drafting completely on potential.

Even though Ryan Cook and T-Jack were reaches, at least both are starters and helping the team succeed. The 05 draft was quite possibly the worst in franchise history since only Erasmus James is still with the team, and I wouldn't be surprised to see him cut before the season starts.

Marcus Johnson was from the '05 draft and he's still with the team.

I really wanted Landry last year, almost more than Adrian, but I'm happy Adrian fell to us.

Last year Mike Morris had me convinced the Vikings were going to take Jason Hall over Adrian Peterson and I was going to murder someone.

I wanted Dwayne Jarrett over Sidney Rice and look how that turned out.

I think you mean Leon Hall.

I really wanted Landry too, and am equally happy at how it turned out. I wasn't really considering AD, I was convinced he was going 3 to the Browns.

I think the Browns passing on Adrian worked out for both teams.
