Jared Allen....worth it so far?

ok so has Jared Allen been worth all the money, and the draft picks?

i think our pass defense is remarkably better from last year
i think 5.5 sacks led the team last year- Allen has 11 and Kevin Williams has 8.5

last year our pass d was dead last 264.1 ypg
this year we're 21st @ 219.9 ypg and held the bears to 125 last night

it might not be all because of Allen, but i think he has been huge for this defense

He is amazing and is worth the money and picks. I thought Leslie Frazier did a great job calling nickel vs the bears. That helped cause 3 ints and the win.

I think the better question would be, is Bernard Berrian worth it? He's paid like a top 10 receiver and he's definitely not one but he gives the team exactly what it needed, a big play threat at receiver. I'd say he's worth it.

Yeah, he's worth it. I didn't think he would be, but he really does open things up.

berrian has been worth it as well, since he also returns punts on the side

stretching the field is huge for the running game, i think he has 3 td's over 80 this year
