We should offer next year's 2nd and Sidney Rice right now!

Boldin, Berrian, Harvin

The issue is money, not the trade value. Teams do not want to pay him 8-9 a year.

The Vikings have barely spent any money this off-season. They should be on this. If the $$ issue is 8 or 9 do it yesterday. The cap space is there.

With weapons like that the QB situation would be so much less of a concern.

Boldin is money in the red zone, he'd be Cris Carter all over again with D's stacking the line for Peterson and worrying about Harvin gimmicks.

It would be sweet but I can't see it happening.

He is a very old 28 (miles and injury) that is tough to commit 8-9 to.

He was still very productive last year, it depends on the length of the extension. I think he's got 3 years left in him.

perhaps, but my impression was that the money is too much for us.

Boldin in Minny would give me a stiffy! Favre would want to play here FOR SURE!

Even without Favre, we'd be a much better team. Sage or TJack should be able to hit an open target all day long.

We've got plenty of cap space. If we could pull off a trade that would bring Boldin without giving up too many picks I think we'd be all over it. But that would be a lot of money tied up in WR's

I agree Boldin would be a great addition ... he is a legit threat and requires attention from the defense. We could certainly make a very competative offer over 2-3 years.
