I was looking at that site, I believe it was HCYanks posted, on the pats cap numbers. With Cassel tying up 14 million, the pats only have about under 5 million to spend.
Some seem to think the patriots will keep Cassel, that is just ridiculous, we wouldn't even have enough to sign our draft picks.
Anyway, I say it doesn't seem likely they will be active, because Free Agency starts in under 20 days, and I just have a feeling that they are in no rush to deal Matt.
Too bad because Peppers, Suggs, and Ashomougha all seem like a perfect fit for New England. It is a shame they can't land one of them.
