Huge blow for the Pats. While I like Mike Wright, I don't want to see him out there for every down. I hope they can make a move or somebody gets cut that shouldn't from another team.

I've always liked Mike Wright. Can someone clue me in on who else we have? I'm really unfamiliar with our depth chart as of now (guess thats always because of BB)

Can anyone post our probable starting defensive 11?

Well Ron Brace had a good 2nd pre-season game, but this past one he got hurt and is getting an MRI on his ankle, so :sigh:

The likely starting group would be wright---wilfork---Gerard Warren

Gerard Warren might actually turn out to be a decent signing.

If I had to guess.

Warren
Wilfork
Wright
Burgess
Mayo
Spikes
Banta-Cain
Bodden
Butler
Meriweather
Sanders

Could also see Guyton as the other middle linebacker over Spikes. Or Chung over Sander at the safety spot.
