There should be no place for him after this incident. Indecent assault and battery? You daily job is what most kids dream about being when they grow up and you're dicking around doing **** like this? I can't stand people like that.

No need to overreact, yet. a.) we haven't seen or heard evidence, and b.) given the intricacies of nightlife + the nature of the allegations it is at least worth hearing his side.

And yeah he should have called for a fair catch but it was a solid defensive play.

I say cut him, since he provides no impact, and ever since his rookie season, he's just regressed (mainly injuries). Cunningham is getting to the point where he should be cut on the defensive side too, and I was looking for a good season from him.
