Great move, I love this guy. Will help with pass rush or at the very least a body in there for depth.

I was hoping they'd keep him in the first place but I don't get why he only had 2.5 sacks last season and hasn't played at all this season. I'm not expecting 10 sacks again cause holy crap anything at this point would help.

Carter was coming off a major injury that I think took away some of his quickness. The report from preseason was that Carter was toast, but of course it was the Raiders so who knows. I'm happy to have him back, but have to admit the expectations are low.
