http://www.bostonglobe.com/sports/2013/ ... story.htmlFOXBOROUGH — One day after the Dolphins added their starting quarterback to the injury report with a shoulder injury, the Patriots did the same.
Yes, that means Tom Brady is on the injury report for the first time this season.
Brady was limited in practice Thursday, as was Ryan Tannehill for Miami, which visits Gillette Stadium Sunday for the first of two regular-season meetings with the Patriots.
It’s the first time this season that Brady has been on the injury list, but isn’t necessarily cause for concern. In seasons past, he was routinely added to the injury report, almost always with a right shoulder injury. He would be designated as probable for that week’s game, and then always play.
Brady hasn’t missed a game since the 2008 season, when he suffered a season-ending knee injury in the opener. He has started the last 71 regular-season games for the Patriots, and all seven postseason games over the past four years.

We've got problems. -- Down 17-3, in the 3rd. Vollmer left the game with what looks like a serious injury.

We just lucked out! -- A sack, followed by a missed field goal attempt.
Let's hope that this is a turning point.

Who were those masked men!
Another interception. McCourty (32) volleys it to Cole (23).

I was super impress with this defense in the second half. This is without talib and Arrington too.
Patch work, one game at a time.

Great second half. Pats come back from down 3-17, with 24 unanswered points to win it, 27-17. Amazing.

I don't know whether that batted ball was the correct call but it could have gone either way. It was definitely out of reach so he may have been trying to bat it so another teammate could get it but then again when the balls on the ground your hearts racing and he thought he probably could have gotten it and that it wasn't out of reach.
Glad they won but it looks like RIP Thompkins. Gronks back and it looks like Edelman/Dobson are getting all the catches if Amendola isn't there.

Thompkins hurt or you mean out of favor?
Because it's definitely see you later vollmer. Poor guy. For whatever reason OL injuries don't upset me as much because they always find a way to plug someone in. That being said I think they should go OL heavy this year in the draft.
As for the batted ball, yeah who knows, but like I said last week when we were complaining about the FG call, they (we last week) lost that game looooong before a bad call.
Logan Ryan had impressed me this year, wasn't he the one we drafted super early from where he was ranked? BB knows his Rutgers guys well. He did the same with McCourty. Harmon even had a pick. Granted it was a punt to him basically, but somehow I think Meriweather woulda dropped that.

Pretty good comeback win for the Pats. I really like what I see from the defense and the corners are playing a whole lot better than we've seen from previous seasons. Tom Brady continues to have a bad season and excuse time is running out for him.
This team keeps getting hit with major injuries; Cannon is good enough to replace Seabass IMO. But if another guy goes down that line may be in serious trouble.

Out of favor. He played like 15 snaps and the week before that he didn't have a catch
