The Patriots will again be without starting cornerback Alfonzo Dennard in Sunday’s showdown with the Denver Broncos, and potentially longer than that, after he recently underwent a minor procedure on his meniscus, a league source confirmed to the Globe.

In addition to Dennard, the Patriots could also be without strong safety Steve Gregory (broken thumb) for the second straight game. Cornerback Aqib Talib also left Monday’s loss to Carolina early with an injury, and cornerback Kyle Arrington suffered a leg injury in the third quarter as well.
