Patriots place Spikes (knee) on season-ending IR http://www.csnne.com/blog/patriots-talk ... -ending-irLast week the Boston Globe reported that Spikes would need knee surgery after the season, but after Spikes re-aggravated his knee injury against the Bills in Week 17, his offseason is coming sooner than expected....
Spikes played in all 16 games this season with 12 starts and 134 total tackles. His loss means the Patriots have now lost four defensive starters to season-ending IR this season, including Vince Wilfork, Jerod Mayo and Tommy Kelly.

Sounds like it is going to be a mess again with the rain. I think this helps the Pats quite a bit that field was like nothing I have seen before it was practically floating away. Love when a dome team has to come to Foxboro for a playoff game.

I think Luck is gonna be real good but it took an act of god and the Chiefs crapping their pants to win. Their defense is terrible and who's their best weapon. Hilton? I don't think its going to be a blowout but the Pats should win this even with all their guys out.

Great game!
Love Hightower not having to drop back in coverage as much with the emergence of Collins.. He oozed all of the athleticism we wanted when we drafted him in the 2nd round..
With our new offense run em down your throat.. we gotta keep the game close next week.. We cant afford to go down like we did in the reg season meeting..
Also i dont think Den can stop our run game which would open up the passing game.. I also think den best corner left the SD game so hopefully he dinged up
