Also, that fourth round pick was traded to us by San Francisco, along with their first rounder NEXT year... for our measly #28 from this year.

I thought rape was illegal, Belichick. Turns out, it's not.

Yeah, if San Fran doesn't make the leap next year... we could have a very high draft pick, not to mention our own #1...

So basically we just traded a first rounder this year for a first roudner next year + randy moss.... amazing.

I'm actually feeling better about that now. Jaws broke Ginn down and I am now excited, although he was a reach at 9 and will cost more than he is worth IMO. I was never a huge Quinn fan. He dropped for a reason. The Phins qb coach was his personal trainer before being hired by Miami and Cam met with Quinn 3 times before the draft. Cameron has a good qb track record, so hopefully Beck will be better. Supposedly, he was ranked slightly higher than Quinn for Miami.

Also, if the draft was during class, my students probably would've had a pop-test, I was so mad at the time.

4.29 in the past week

i think that clears up any questions of if he still has it or not

i'm very excited, but there is still a little bit of reservation

it would be great if he came in like corey dillon and not like terrell owens

i heard 4.29 and 4.37, which are both ridiculous. i dont think he was faster than 4.32 at the combine originally

He dropped because you guys didn't take him and everyone that passed on him didn't need a QB.

Very psyched by this move, that's going to be a REALLY tough offense now. mahalo

[boner]Wow, what an off-season. We really have no weaknesses right now. I can't wait to see an offense with Moss and Stallworth on the outside catching balls from Brady, Welker in the slot, Ben Watson blowing by LB's trying to cover him and Laurence Maroney bursting 20 yard gains like it is nothing.[/boner]

And you know- the defense isn't "half bad", either.

Good move for the Pats. Worth the gamble for just a 4th rounder.
