would you be for or against the thought of bringin the "old man" back?

ive had a theory that he was waitin til week 10-12, the way Testaverde did last year so he could get his legs goin for the playoffs.
now that sammy "the cat" is likely out a month he might be just what were currently looking for.
thoughts?

No. For one thing, he wants to stay retired and has said so on numerous occasions. Secondly, he sucked ass last season. Third, why?

NOOOOO!!!! its splendiferous!!!

and why? because were lookin at a month with kevin faulk as a no.1 option with eckel/evans backin him up. . . now THATS a dangerous backfield

They had zip running game and dropped like 50 points. So they should sign Corey Dillon, a guy who sucks, is old, and doesn't want to play football? Haha.

SOUTH QUINCY-ISH FTW.

ya, we scored fifty, im not sayin theres an issue with the offense(obviously aint) but wouldnt you prefer having somebody whos not our 3rd string rb or our fb taking a msjority of the snaps at rb??
i didnt say only corey dillon, i also asked uf there was another rb out there you thougt we should go after. . .

how old are ya if ya dont mind me askin, since theres few and far between celtic fans in this area

1. whatever bill does is right
2. if maroney has been out the last two games, but looked to reporters like he was healthy enough to play as more than one said, chances are they were playing extra safe. i bet hes in this game.

kevin barlow, who they worked out, is probably better than dillon at this point, but we could certainly give heath evans more carries than hes had. its not like he isnt a running back who can play fullback and is only a blocker
